Repair water damaged walls + leak

I found a couple of soft wallboard when painting. After hauling them off I can see there have been a couple of leaks, one from a hose connection. There may be a bit of rot in the framing, but I'm not 100%. I need someone to assess the damage and provide options and a quote. Given it's put our painting on hold I'd like to confirm the work with the next week or so.
