Richmond Ave - deck and door

Hello We would like the deck checked and any boards that need maintenance or replacing, to be fixed. An internal sliding door downstairs needs to be affixed to the door way between the kitchen and hallway upstairs. We are currently having the downstairs made into a separate dwelling - there are tenants upstairs. I do not know how much this will cost, it will depend on the deck repairs. Regards Vicki
