Squire Way deck extension

We have an existing kwila deck attached to our house, maybe 20 years old. We'd like to extend the deck with a 4.2 x 2.3m extension, also in kwila. It's on a level site with vehicle access, and the entire deck is under 1m from the ground. There is a sitting height balustrade around the existing deck which we'd like to extend, and we plan on stairs down to the lawn. On the outer corners of the deck we need posts that could be used for a shadesail, or perhaps to extend the existing pergola. I have come up with a design based on the building code (but I'm no expert), including a list of materials. On the plan, I've decided to go with a single boundary joist rather than a double boundary joist, since the balustrade is not a safety barrier or legally required. Happy to be corrected on that or other details. I would be happy to build the deck but am low on time - if someone wanted to quote on just part of the job that would be fine e.g. just the substructure, or even just the piles
