Repairs required to an aging deck.

Repairs required to secure the stairway and a handrail that is loose. This deck is one floor above ground with a storage room below. As it will likely be demolished within the next 5 years, we are looking for the minimum work required to cover this period. It was "home built" 40 years ago but has stood the test of time until now.
