Cover concrete pad with new deck

End goal is to add a deck to the house, where there is currently a concrete pad. The concrete pad doesn't need to be dismantled, the new deck can be built on top of the concrete. There should be minimal overhang, so no need for additional posts. Essentially the existing concrete pad is to be 'wrapped' in decking timber, to a depth which matches (roughly) the base of a bi-fold door that runs along one side - see photos. There is a set of steps already in place, which also need to be covered over (with a new set of steps), and extended in width slightly (currently 920mm wide, looking to extend by up to another 300mm). Interested in quotes which will also include railing around the perimeter of the new deck. Current concrete pad measurements (mm): Width: 4700 De --- Height: 640
