Shed and dog run

Hi. I would like to convert my service lane into a vertical bike shed and an enclosed dog run. The shed would be accessible from behind the front fence which would also need to be turned into a gate with the shed starting from approx 1 metre back and be big enough to fit 4 x bikes. From the back of the shed is where I would like the dog run to start and utilise more of the service lane. The run needs to be fully enclosed with roof and door. Ground work will also need to be completed.
