Hi. I have an inbuilt cupboard that requires repair. A manhole was cut in the floor and now needs to be properly formed, and then the cupboard re-lined with shelves added for a built-in office space. Power points and a light will be needed and there is some cabling already in place which could be used. The black & gray pipework is for a gas hot water califont and the old pipe on the floor was part of an old water cylinder wetback system so can be removed.
