To repair gaps in kitchen

there are gaps behind the dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom that needs covering where mice are getting. The fridge has cupboards on either side that will need to be removed to do the job as the person who did the renovation job did not cover the back of the wall with a board.
