Deck build

Looking at getting a new deck built. The current deck is just not big enough. I will attach a photo of current deck and a picture with measurements of what we want for the new deck. Basically the deck is 8m x 4m. -On one front corner we would the the stairs to come up from the front right corner at 45 degrees. - on the opposite side to the stairs we would like a screen to be put there and another coming roughly 2m-3m from the left from corner -Also where there screens are we would like seating under the screens. - we would also like boards going down the ground to stop anything going under the deck also with a little access door so under the deck can be used for storage if needed. The old deck and tree can be removed prior. Also happy to lend a hand if needed to complete the task. Cheers
