Rotting deck

After a quote. Decking on top is rotting and seating is collapsing, but fairly sure the foundation posts are fine. Was done by someone who hadn't done decks before and convinced there is a better way to do the seating. Hoping only need to take up and replace the planks on deck and re-do the seating using another method. No particular time frame but before winter would be nice.
