Replacement of rotten framing
Job description
Water has been getting in to the wall cavity beneath the window and some of the framing is rotten. The rotten framing needs to be replaced and the weatherboard beneath the window may need to be replaced. I would like the work completing by the end of November.

I'm very happy with the job Aaron did for me. He replaced some framing in an external wall and replaced the Gib and skirting board. He came to view the job quickly, and he provided me with a very clear and reasonable quote. He communicated with me regularly to schedule the job, and he completed the job on the day that he said he would. His work was very good and he left the work area clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Aaron.
