Toilet floor

There was a leak from cistern and went unnoticed, this in turn rotted the flooring, part has been replaced so the toilet could be functional, but that has caused more swelling around the part replaced so I think the whole floor should be replaced to make a even surface, this house has tennant's so would like the job to take no more than a day if possible
