Deck for Te Managa Place

We have bought the house in the attached photos. The deck come as part of our purchase price. We are relocating this house from Pauanui to our site in Ngongotaha in june 20109. As I see it, I have 2 options for the decking for this house when it is relocated.. As I am not sure what each option will cost, could you advise me on the most cost effective option, please. Option 1 ) Build a new deck when the house arrives in Ngongotaha in june. Deck look wanted to be similar to the deck in the attached photos with the low seating rail & 2 steps . 11.3 meters wide x 4 meters deep with 2 steps extending out from the left hand corner. Can you supply an estimate only for this ? Option 2 ) At the site in Pauanui ( 2.5 hours drive from here ) Detach the deck from the house and deck plies. Dismantle the decking deck supports and extract the piles in a way that this could all could be remade when the house is on our site. It would also need to be dismatled in a methodical way and packed and labelled for easy reassembly. And this would need transporting from Pauanui to Ngongotha. I think we may only 2 need of the steps on our land contour. Can you supply an estimate only for this ? Current deck Measurements. Front Deck with steps and low seat rail. Deck is 11.3 wide, this is the total width across the front of the house. Then the 3 steps extend out from the left font corner. The depth is around 4 meters at the right end and 5.2 at left end on the lowest step. Note : we may only need 2 steps.
