Deck extension.

Extend existing decking. Job area is 2500mm x 2900mm. On two sides backed by a solid fence, there is a garden border approx 600mm and 1000mm wide and the soil would have to be removed. The third side is the rear wall of the garage which consists of material tat looks like wide fibro weatherboard. The remaining ground space has old tiles which can be removed. The tiles are 160mm below the existing decking. I need some advice as to the best option to extend the existing decking ie timberdeck, permeable paving etc. Must end with the extension being level with the existing deck, allow for water clearance which is not a problem at present and strong enough to take a shed eventually. Access is flat and easy through the garage. Located in central Rotorua.

I have been in the joinery industry for the past 27 years. I teamed with a locally owned and operated Plumbing business providing prompt and efficient service in the Bay of Plenty region. This integration has required the change to more building work than Joinery. We do complete renovations to minor repair work. We do decks to fences and out door structures. I have now moved to the Westport area And doing maintenance work plus
