Deck for new build
Job description
We would like a 55.5 meter squared deck built just above ground level, under and around our alfresco area and outside the retreat, on our new build. We'd like the deck to be 140mm kwila with picture frame boarders around the edges of the deck and around the pillars for the alfresco. The two boundaries to the pool will need double joists, for the glass fence to be installed later. We will supply brackets that need also to be installed to these boundary joists (see picture). We would like the deck build after out pool is installed. We have been informed it has arrived in the country. We will be able to confirm the installation date once we are out of lockdown.

Couldn't speak more highly of Dylan's work. We're stoked with the quality of our new deck, which sits perfectly flush with our concrete swimming pool surround. Dylan's communication was excellent throughout, and he made sure we knew what was happening and when. Price was also very reasonable and project was completed within good time.
