6m x 3m deck with pergola

I want a deck built on skids/beams for a tiny home of a gentle hill. 6m x 3m with a pergola/polycarbonate roof. Need to sit on blocks only. I would like it stained and use the thiner pine decking which is 19mm thick( I think). I can block it if it built offsite but I'd need it placed in the right spot so I just need to lift it up. The skids need to be around 2 4m wide so it can be transported in the future. The pictures are what I'd like to copy/have similar to.
