creating joist fall

I have a 12 square metre deck and try to create joist fall on timber on a minimum level and apply plywood on top of it. This work can includes remove existing small timbers and plywood. The project won't start until we source all the materials and labour people. If any carpenter can help this project, I would appreciate. Thank you, Soo
