New Deck and Fences

Hi there, We are currently building a house and would like a quote for a new deck and a coupe of fences. Attached is the design of the deck, with all measurements. The deck wraps around the front of the house, this is also shown on the plan. This is approx 1000mm wide by 5000mm in length. The work will be required to be completed in the next 2months. Decking timber is to be Vitex and will be approx 400mm high on a very flat piece of section. Please allow for the entire installation, posts, concrete, timber, fasteners etc. The 2 fences to be built are approx 2000mm in width, by 1800mm high. This fence is to be a batten type fence (approx 50mm x 50mm batten with a 20mm gap) as per attached photo. We will also require the same style batten timber screen which will be approx 2000mm wide by 1800mm high. This will be fixed to the deck. Could you please provide an estimate based on the information provided for the deck and fences, and if it is on our budget we will proceed for a site visit once lockdown is finished.
