Replace rotten chipboard flooring in laundry room
Job description
My washing machine has been leaking and chipboard flooring has rotted. The wooden joists appear solid. Initially planning to do the work myself I have cut away the worst of the damage, but am now considering this as an insurance job. I'd like this section of floor replaced with a more waterproof floor ( ?WBP ply). Of note part of the rotten flooring goes under the gib wall. See attached photos
