Wooden surround for a fireplace hearth

Hello – I am after someone to make me and install for me a wooden fireplace-hearth border/surround, similar to that shown in the photograph. I have uploaded the dimensions of my hearth too. My hearth is made from 12mm of cement board, and then a 10mm thickness Rio Sandstone tile, giving a total thickness of 22mm. I would want the wooden surround to have a rebate profile like that shown in the photo.
