Removal of old deck, installing new hardwood deck
Job description
Hi current deck is around 60m2 (maybe a bit more), and we would like this removed and replaced with a hardwood deck (maybe with something like Ipe , Tonka, Jarra, Vitex wood). We would then like this sealed/treated and stained if needed so it will be maintenance free for a while. There are a couple of small steps going up to the deck that would also need to be replaced, along with a wooden wide rail/seat attached to mudbrick posts running around the deck but suggestions welcome on what replace this with so that it looks nice. Could you please give ballpark estimate in the first instance and be available to install asap.
