Bungalow casement window

Hi I need a single wood casement done to replace a window I just discovered while replacing putty that it has dry rot. Another owners done a sneaky paint over and hide job, which I soooo hate. This window is 1050mm x 555mm. There is another window similar measure but not a case of rot just over planing (prob the previous owner) that I might consider getting done too, this is in second photo. As per usual, it's a case of tight budget. Need window/s to fit existing pane/s. I can bring existing window to you if you need it so no travel. I can hinge and hang up window myself. Thanks.
