Wooden vanity bases re varnished and wooden plinths replaced at Azur Lodge

At Azur Lodge we 9 guest villas with 2 vanities with wooden bases in each villa bathroom, over time the cabinetry in each villa has become faded by sun damage, chipped and the plinths at the base of some the cabinetry has been water damaged, with some looking dark or peeling off at the edges . We would like someone to come who can sand and re varnish the cabinetry and replace the damaged plinths were needed, basically give the wooden vanity bases a repair and freshen up to bring them back or close to their original look, being a luxury property its important that all of our furnishing look smart. We have a timeline of between July and October for this to be completed, for an individual who based outside of Queenstown we may be able to offer onsite accommodation for the duration of the job.
