Former state house needs some interior & exterior TLC, replacing a few rotten panels and gib lining a basement room. possibly 2-3 days work which can be staggered around your other jobs between now and Xmas. My place on Gloaming Hill also has a couple of bits need done, a few bits of roofing iron and tudor-style contrast panels replaced.
