Deck and pergola with concrete slab for spa

Hiya, hoping to get a desktop quote via giving you some pictures. Looking for a deck, concrete slab with ground co.pacrion underneath to support a 18t spa pool (6m x 3m), the deck to be covered with a clearlight roof and to also do remedial repairs to retaining wall you can see in picture. Looking for an estimate Looking to remove existing deck and extend deck over all the grass area you can see in pic. So 8x5m , the roof will need to be 6x5m to comply with council regulations. Concrete slab to be set back at least 1m from edge of grass / retaining wall. Slab to be 100mm thick with mesh
