Bottom Plate replacement

There is rot in the corner and both bottom plates need replacing 1m either side.
There is an old school metal barb that will need grinding off to remove the bottom piece of timber on both side.
New timber replaced on both sides and anchored back down with moisture material to go back underneath then anchored back to the concrete slab.
