We require a trade qualified maintenance builder for a charge out job at our 2 storey, 1970s built home. We understand that a LBP is not required and willing to discuss this. 1. Upstairs, most of the vertical shiplap boards have reached the end of their life 2. the balcony needs repairing 3. the waterproof membrane on the balcony has done its dash 4. two single glazed sliding doors are to be replaced with DG sashes 5. two sections of ground floor corrugated steel roofing is to be replaced with pressed metal tiles. An estimate would be useful. Timeframe is flexible but we're ready for action now if that suits someone.
