Custom steps outdoor ~180 cm high

I have a wooden retaining wall I would like some steps made up to, leading up to a flat section behind my property, the steps would also need a hand railing on one side. Height is 180cm, these would need to be low profile and custom fitted to allow access around the side of the house. I estimate they would need to be a width of around 60 cm to allow this but would need someone to come and have a look and work it out.
