2 small jobs - shelf and replacing chipboard

We are looking for two small jobs to be completed in our bathroom. Firstly - looking to have a 'shelf' put up to cover off a recess in our bathroom behind the bathtub, made of a material that we can paint. Secondly - our bathtub has a piece of chip board in front of it, which is starting to break up. Looking to have this removed and a new piece installed. In both cases the size is about 170cm by 30cm.
