Check window weathertightness and quote to fix;

We have recently purchased a property and the builders report flags that resiliconinng and paint over of all windows required urgently. Hut in addition one bedroom window has an internal crack above it that I want checked; and one garage window requires investigation. Dampness appears below it and it may be needed to remove window, reinstall, and rectify internal lining perhaps. So it is a bit more than a simple silicone/paint. Hence I want someone suitably skilled to quote on the work and where appropriate possibly subcontract if it's simple.
