Build 2x New Decks <1.5m high, for kitset house

I would like 2x decks & stairs <1.5m in height built in Porirua East, 5min from the motorway. I would like this to be completed within the month, and I would like to agree who will do this in the next week. Electronic plans are available, and I am happy to meet on-site. Please see attached 2x photos showing where decks will go. The decks for a kitset house built by kitset company, who do not build the decks or other landscaping. The building consent/resource consent plans are available, but I do not expect the decks to be >1.5m height from finished ground. Deck 1: 1850x1225mm, 1500mm high – requires stairs and railing Deck 2: 13200x1000mm (approx.), ~550mm high – with steps running length climbing approximately 600mm further height. Further earthworks is being done for the larger deck, and a driveway is being laid.
