I need a number of small works done inside a residential house. 1. Repair architrave and jamb in bedroom and remove motel style privacy chain (see image 1), 2. Repair / Reinstate wardrobe door in bedroom (see image 2), 3. Replace toe kick to bathroom unit (see image 3), 4. Replace door and draw fronts to kitchen unit (see image 4) and install D handles on all door/draw fronts (see image 5) 5. Install new kitchen shelf (see image 6) 6. Install 16mm (or similar thickness) sheet of dressed ply (which will be painted) and cut in tight over existing stipple ceiling (see image 7) inside top of laundry cupboard. Install a 10mm x 20mm timber bead (or similar) to hold up the ceiling overlay panel.
