Deck Restoration

I purchased the house I am living in currently 2.5 years ago. At the moment the house is almost 4+ years old and since it was built, the deck hasn't been restored (apart from some cleaning that we did with water). I would like the deck to be cleaned, replacing damaged boards (if required), sanding and scrubbing the deck, and apply decking oil. I would like someone to come in and have a check on what needs to be done, and provide me with a quotation. P.S.: I think the deck size is 6m * 4m (not really sure about the sizes to be honest).
