Creating a simple bench from existing structure

I have this corner garden and I would like to transform the existing structure into a simple bench. See the photos. There is a wood across the corner, holding the garden. I wonder if it is possible to use the existing pilar to creating a simple place where people can sit. Nothing fancy, but it needs to be strong enough so my family can sit on it. I have added the measurements to it. I have no idea how much it cost so please send me a quote so I know if I can afford it :) Thank you.
