Deck Completion
Job description
The upstairs deck was built 22 years ago but never completed. In order to finish, it needs the balustrade removed, board and batten cladding removed so the sealing can be re-done (this has been arranged) and then the decking finished. The job is urgent as the house needs to go on the market as soon as possible.

We have not been able to see the finished work in person as we managed much of the work remotely. From the photos it appears a tidy job. We relied on communication both aural and visual. This was generally good, but managing the project remotely we really needed almost daily updates. It was difficult to keep to schedule as weather and other contractors affected the timeline but, Morton was always very good-humoured and keen to problem solve which helped get through some of the challenges.
