Ceiling Tile Repair

I have a rental property where the interlocking ceiling tiles in the bedroom are sagging. 4 tiles are sagging in one spot and another 4 tiles have come apart slightly in another. It has been getting worse over last few months. The house was built mid 80s. I need this repaired as I am concerned the insulation may start coming out. Thanks
