Bay window - bottom plywood replacement

Our bay window is sitting on a piece of what looks to be plyboard. The aluminium attachment screwing the window to the plyboard has fallen off, causing our plyboard to collect moisture and now needing to ve replaced. I have added a picture (this is not the window, photo taken from a bay photo on google), to show which part i am talking about requiring the replacement. We would need to have this job completed before the 15/01, as our house is currently under contract for sale. If you can come and have a look and provide me with a quote, that would be PERFECT!
