Carpenter/Builder required - Leak in the bathroom

Due to really bad weather over the past few days, tenant complained of water leaks in the bathroom. Please quote. We have 2 leaks in the bathroom: 1. under the window seal there is water coming. This needs to be fixed 2. Water coming from the ceiling. We can see water drops on the top beam. Seems that there is a lot of water because there are big puddles on the floor. This needs to be investigated and fixed.
