I need a qualified builder to build a covered deck at the back of my house. I have a budget which I need to work within, so someone who will work in my best interest without cutting corners. I have a plan in my head but no architectural plans. It won’t be a rectangular shape but angled to follow a existing path. I have a old pot belly stove which I need to plan into the build and get planning consent. Looking forward to getting my dream started.
