Erect glasshouse #2

I’m after someone that can lay a concrete foundation, then a 600mm high brick base/wall on top of that, then complete the construction of a kitset glasshouse which sits on top of the brickwork. I have attached a picture to make it easier. The area is roughly 3x5 meters (slightly larger than the one in the picture). The concrete will only be a base right below the brick, not the whole floor area. The company who make the glasshouses provide information for builders for the base measurements etc.
