Sanding back of small deck

Please advise what the GST inclusive cost would be to sand a 255cm x 337cm deck back to bare wood. It is 3 years old & has a thin paint like coating on it, so will hopefully only need 120 grit sandpaper. Subsequent cleaning & staining to be done by the owner. Completion before end of Feb preferred, but not essential. Many thanks.
