Require a builder who has experience building a deck from the ground up..this will be quite a big deck at 60 m2 so whoever l award this job to will have proven deck building experience with preferably a portfolio l can look at and also any previous clients you have built decks for whom l could contact..l will also require a couple of privacy screens built on the deck as well..builder must be able to start job on the 17th February.
