New deck build
Job description
I require a freestanding deck to be built onto an existing house (new build). The height of the deck will range from 600mm to 800mm off the ground. No rails are required. Two access points with inbuilt steps will be required. The deck will follow the front lines of the building extruding approx 4 metres out and total approx 94 square meters in coverage. I require a conventional build with treated radiata piles/bearers/joists and 140 X 38 premium finish decking, (clears on face side up)smooth side up, with SS screws and all other fittings SS as required. I am comfortable to supply all materials required for the job or we can agree on material pricing and labour etc. Have sketch plans to discuss.

Amon & his team completed an outstanding one off custom build of our deck. The quality of the work was excellent and the finish first class.
