Floor level

I have a floor at home where some of the joists are higher than others which makes it so that I’m unable to lay laminate flooring down. Looking for someone to potentially remove current subfloor(strand floor) shave down the joists and install new subfloor. Or if there is an alternative solution to that would be appreciated
