Hi, we havee just had a fireplace removed and are looking at getting some new boards put in place where the heath used to be. At the moment there is a piece of plywood there. If possible would like to have the timber matching bit am not sure what type of wood it is sorry. Photos will help I hope and also you can see the measurement on the tape measure in the photo.
