Deck sanding and staining
Job description
We are after quotes for 2 different deck areas. The first is our main deck which is a 3-year-old Kwilia deck that requires sanding and staining. The deck is approx 70sqm. (pics attached). The second is an older (approx 10 years) utility deck area made of treated pine. This deck may need some additional TLC as it's in poor condition. At a minimum, we would want this deck area sanded, as we are considering painting it ourselves but open to suggestions.

Jason & Vicki were lovely to deal with and their communication was great. The finish is of a high standard and we love how our decks look after being cleaned, sanded, and stained. Apart from a few setbacks due to bad weather, the team got on with the job and kept us in the loop throughout the project. I would highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to use Dragon Maintenance again.
