Deck Remedial work

Work required: (1)Replace all decking floor boards ( not with kwila) (2)Rework barrier design to meet Ak Council height compliance ( I think its 1m) (3)Install 2 x posts from ground to top of barrier where I've marked BP - to support the barrier. (its quite stable but has a tendany to lean out). (4)Time Frame for work ASAP. Note: I'm considering rainsing the garden ground level as it is over the 1.5m max height allowed by Auck Council. Give me seperate quote to paint / stain finisned work.
