Deck rebuild
Job description
We would like our current deck, clear light covered pergola and a second plain pergola Taken down and removed. We would then like a new deck built from 140mm x 25mm pine decking. The deck area is approx 40m2. The deck at its highest will be around .7 metre high and at lowest about 20 cm high. We would like approx 4 steps dropping from The .7 down onto our front lawn. We have an outdoor hot water cylinder and would like a cover/cupboard built around it. We would like 2.5m x 2m bifold doors (which we are sorting) to be fitted to the end of our lounge, going out onto our deck. We currently have doors there, so they would need to be removed. We have an awesome excavator ready to go at a weeks notice, he will also be building our retaining walls. Attached is a picture of what we would like in the way of a cover/cupboard for our cylinder plus a couple of pictures of our existing deck. Ideally we would be looking to have a gabled roof over part of our deck and a bathroom fit out, but for now we would be satisfied with the deck and bifold. Really important to us is reliably. We want someone who knows what they’re doing and who can get on with the job and get it done.
