Internal patio leak repair. Classified as Essential works under level 4.

I Have an internal patio that is leaking in the far right corner near the drainage outlet, it has been leaking through to the internal gagrage underneath. I would like to pull up the damaged tiles and any damaged ply, repair the rotten joist in the corner and relay ply over top to prep for a trackable waterproof membrane. I can help with any labour in the removal of the tiles and old timber if required. This work is classified as essential work as its a leak, I am happy to supply a letter from my lawyer if this is required for travel and supplies. The patio size is 2.8m x 5.9m
