Verrandah decking, balustrades and stairs

We have a verrandah which requires new stairs, balustrades and decking. The existing verrandah posts, bearers and joists seem ok but I'm open to replacing the whole thing if upon inspection they are deemed to be off level or unsafe. The stairs seem a bit wonky which may be due to tree roots shifting the posts. Happy with keeping the same layout but open to suggestions upon inspection. Top deck is 6.4m x 2m and stair section 3.6m x 2m The rest of the bushes under and around will be soon removed.
